Acupuncture
Insertion of prepackaged sterilized needles at specific points for the purpose of treating various disorders by stimulating nerve impulses and increasing and strengthening the flow of Qi (energy). Acupuncture promotes the body’s natural healing energy and improves functioning of the muscles and organs.

Chinese Herbs
Chinese herbs are prescribed based on the diagnosis and thus reflect the state of balance of the whole person; therefore, herbal remedies are formulated in correspondence to this balanced state of being. Herbs complimentary to Acupuncture, are effective in facilitating the flow of Qi by removing blockages in the meridians, nourishing and harmonizing organ functions.

Cupping
Using glass or bamboo cups suctions to the body, the process of cupping is used to bring pathogens, toxins and stagnation to the surface in order for it to be released from the body. This is a very effective treatment for muscle-skeletal disorders.

Holistic Nutritional Therapy
Holistic nutrition focuses on a natural approach to a healthy diet. A holistic nutritionist attempts to bring balance to all areas of the person's life by looking at the persons dietary intake, supplements and lifestyle.

Homeopathy
Founded in the late eighteenth century, the system is based on the idea that substances that produce symptoms of sickness in healthy people will have a curative effect when given in very dilute quantities to sick people who exhibit those same symptoms. Homeopathic remedies are believed to stimulate the body's own healing processes. This principle is similar to the concept behind exposure therapy for allergies, but the amounts of active medication used in homeopathy are so small as to be almost undetectable.

Iridology
The science that specializes in relations between disease and the shape, color, and other individual characteristics of the iris.

Life Coaching
A life coach is an advisor who helps people with problems, decisions, and goal attainment in daily life by offering advice on professional and personal matters, such as career, health, personal relationships, etc.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a technique that uses burning moxa above the skin to warm acupuncture points and channels. The dried, wool-like leaves of this plant are molded into balls, cones or sticks. The heat form the burning plant warms the channels and increases circulation of Qi

Reiki
Reiki is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means "universal life energy" in Japanese, and Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

Reflexology
An integrated method of treatment involving the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. It is based on the system of zones and reflex areas that they say reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is the most common type of massage. It combines a variety of hands-on techniques. It is based on western concepts of anatomy and physiology. It can be slow and gentle or deep and vigorous depending on what the therapist want to achieve. Swedish massage is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong
A comprehensive series of gentle physical movements combined with breathing techniques and mental spiritual intent. It is calming and rejuvenating, assisting the body and mind to maintain balance

Thai Massage
Thai massage is a type of massage in Thai style,  that involves stretching and deep massage. This form of bodywork is usually performed on the floor on a thick mat, and the client wears comfortable clothing that allows for movement. No oils are used. The recipient may be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, but deep static and rhythmic pressures form the core of this massage.

Traditional Chinese Medicine
TCM is ancient holistic system of health and healing based on the notion of harmony and balance. Qi, our vital life force or energy, is carried through our body along 14 channels called meridians, which run from head to toe- if blocked, illness can occur

Tui Na Massage
A Chinese body work therapy that uses medical theory based on the flow of Qi through the meridians as its basic therapeutic orientation. Through the application of massage and manipulation techniques, Tui Na seeks to establish a more harmonious flow of Qi through the system of meridians and collaterals, allowing the body to naturally heal itself.
